The adjacent well-equipped kitchen positively gleams with its marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and sizable breakfast bar. Cooled by central air and adorned with soft linens, both of the bedrooms provide restful sleeping quarters. Everyone will love the bunk room's board game collection, and the adults of the group will appreciate the cabin's private washer/dryer. Less than 14 miles from your front door, be sure to check out Pinetop Lakes Country Club, Woodland Lake Park, Mountain Meadow Park, the White Mountain Nature Center, and the Mogollon Rim Trail. Please note that White Mountain Summer homes country club is a members only club. This includes access to both the restaurant and the golf course. Things to Know Camping trailers are not permitted on the property. The HOA restricts motorcycles, quads, ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes within the gated community. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. The property we were at was nice inside as per the website. There were no pictures of the outside of the property on the website, so a tad deceiving. The bathroom door hinges need WD-40\. We could not locate that item within the house. The toilet should be looked at. Sometimes it flushed, sometimes it didn't. The grill outside was rusted, so we had to use the stove, which was fine, but when you are in that beautiful environment, you want to be outdoors. There was not an abundance of paper towels for use (there was 1 roll for 3/4 days). Thank goodness there was enough toilet paper. I had to purchase my own paper towels, and what wasn't used, came home with me. I wasn't going to donate. The first day, we had issues with the TV - contacted customer service and we rec'd a phone call from "Dave" to try and walk us thru the process. He indirectly referred to us as idiots - as it was NOT the remote - it was the users - i.e., us. It got heated on both sides and I ended up terminating the conversation. We have stayed at other VRBO's in the rim country, and we were SPOILED, and I mean SPOILED. This was a major let down for accommodations. I would entertain the Pinetop area again, especially that gated community; however, I will not stay at this property, nor will I recommend. ##### Gary R.
