The Chatham House is a privately-owned 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation home located in the famed Pinehurst #6 - just minutes away from the Village of Pinehurst shops and restaurants. This home-away-from-home features plush beds, hotel quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Whether you have come to play some of the best golf courses in the world or have come for a fun family vacation, the Chatham House is your place to stay! Also great for Doctors and Nurses as First Health hospital is just minutes away. Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed. Full size closet (sleeps 1-2) Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds, en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and tub, walk in closet (sleeps 2-4) Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, full size closet (sleeps 1-2) Hall: full size bathroom with shower/tub Dining room table seats 6-8 Kitchen eat in area sets 4 Microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric range oven, toaster, coffee maker Laundry room with washer and dryer Closets for storage in all bedrooms as well as hallway Deck on the back of the house with grill to sit and relax after a day of golf or to watch the kids play. 2 car garage On a cul de sac so if traveling with kids it is a great place to ride bikes and play outside.
