This vacation rental offers a private, natural garden with a fenced yard, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. It also features amenities like Internet Wifi, parking, and a patio with a barbecue area.

Additionally, there is parking available on the property and public parking on the road for your convenience.

Please note that the owner resides on the same property in a separate semi-detached house. The neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The vacation unit is a 5-room house with an area of 203 square meters. It features a comfortable and beautiful furnishing. The living/dining room has a dining table, digital TV, gas heating, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the garden. There is also a lounge with a digital TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, dining table, and digital TV, and it has an exit leading to the patio. There is a separate WC on the main floor. On the upper floor, you will find 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/bidet/WC, gas heating, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and gas heating. The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and gas heating. One of the bedrooms has an exit leading to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation unit comes fully equipped with various amenities for your convenience and comfort. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, a private patio, heating available, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the unit is 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The vacation unit offers additional facilities such as an iron, a hair dryer, and a reserved parking space for one car. It also provides internet access (WiFi) free of charge.
