« This nice fifth wheel is located in a secluded marina with a great view of the water. The covered picnic table area was a perfect place to drink our coffee each morning and cook and eat dinner at night. The owners are on site and are so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The views are amazing and it was the perfect place to relax. The decor is tasteful, the home very comfortable, and Melissa was very attentive and responsive. We had one issue upon check in but Melissa was quick to respond and resolve it. We definitely want to return and would recommend this property for your next vacation! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we enjoyed making new family memories! »

« This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. The views of the river are so soothing, and the neighborhood deliciously quiet. The owners were responsive & helpful when we ran into an internet problem. Kitchen is minimal but I didn't go there to cook ;-) We had fun exploring the nearby towns (Bath and Washington) and the wildlife reserves, but the best part was just sitting on the deck and breathing. »

« Rented the property for my daughter’s graduation from ECU. So glad we picked this tranquil spot to stay rather than the city! The house has lots of space, the kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the view from the living room is spectacular! Most of our time was spent sitting in the yard just talking! Enjoyed sun rises on the pier and some fishing, even though the fish weren’t biting much! »

« My elderly Mom resides in Washington. My husband and planned a trip to see her. As a last minute add on, we included our 20 month old granddaughter on the trip! We needed a comfortable place and we found it! Phyllis has the best, sweetest, most well appointed little home we could have ever asked for.
