Modern, clean condo with comfortable amenities and a fantastic view overlooking the marina and Bogue Sound. The Westport Complex offers miles of private roads with beautiful landscaping ideal for biking and walking; 2 seasonal pools with outdoor showers; tennis courts, children's playground, basketball court, picnic area, and dock-pier access perfect for fishing or kayaking. A short walk on a scenic tree-covered boardwalk leads to a pristine beach with a dune top deck perfect for sunrises or sunsets. The location is near the Aquarium as well as restaurants, shops, and other activities for your convenience! Total Beds: 2 Queens, 1 Twin/Twin Bunk Set Amenities: High-speed Wireless Internet, 2 Smart TVs, 1 Flat-Panel TV; Streaming service connectivity including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Apple TV. Covered Parking, Ceiling Fans, Hair Dryers, Interior Washer/Dryer; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Hamilton Beach Flextorn Coffee Maker, Garbage Disposal, Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Microwave. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood.
