(2,065 reviews) I had high expectations for this hotel’s Italian restaurant Stretto given the upscale pricing, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short. With entrées priced well over $50, I expected both quality and attention to detail. Instead, we were served an undercooked risotto that lacked the creamy texture and flavor you would expect from a proper Italian dish. The steak was equally disappointing—it appeared pale and unappetizing, almost as if it had been boiled rather than properly seared. The most frustrating dish was the lobster linguine. It arrived cold, and despite being advertised as a lobster dish, it contained no actual lobster—just two jumbo shrimp placed on top. For a plate at that price point, this felt misleading and unacceptable. Overall, the food did not match the premium pricing, and the execution was far below expectations.
