This Stunning custom contemporary cabin is remotely located on 18 acres that provide you will an abundance of secluded privacy but close enough for you to travel to Denver, Breckenridge, Evergreen, Golden, and Pine Junction for the part of the day. Enjoy the mountain views while sitting on the wrap around deck, in the hot tub or from the kitchen island. This mountain haven is built minutes from SR 285\. Entering this beautiful home, you are welcomed by the open concepts of the kitchen and living room, that are surrounded by large picture frame windows. The Getaway allows you walk in the surrounding woods where you will meet deer, elk, fox, and other forest inhabitants. This is a fantastic place for families to get away from it all. As you arrive you will traverse a long driveway taking you into the secluded property. Once at the Cabin you will be wowed by the open area that boosts a hot tub and propane fire pit. Once inside the home you will be greeted by the warmth and beauty of the modern interior wither wood floors and a fireplace in the living room, downstairs sitting area and 3 of the bedrooms. The living room has a wide screen TV to watch a movie with the family or you can see and look out at the large picture frame windows and gaze at the serenity. The kitchen features granite counter island and updated appliances. The open floor plan includes kitchen and living spaces and a centrally located fireplace. Next, you will find an updated full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms offer queen size beds. Downstairs, the sitting area has comfy couches, a wide screen TV and a pool table! From here, you will find another full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers as queen size bed with a twin bunk. The 4th bedroom offers a queen bed with a single twin bunk. A conveniently located laundry room can be found on the lower floor also. This home is minutes from Conifer and Evergreen, Bailey, Pine, Aspen Park, and Morrison and less than an hour form downtown Denver. While the intention of this cabin is to offer a place for you to unplug, we have added internet. This internet is very strong and can support Zoom calls. Just around the corner, in Pine, there is top notch mountain biking, gold medal fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and the library. Did we mention that the famous Zokas Restaurant and Bar and Bucksnort Saloon is a few minute’s drive from the cabin! Only a few miles away Pine Valley Ranch Open Space Park, boasting Pine Lake. Skaters and anglers can enjoy the ice in winter months. Anglers can enjoy pier fishing in warmer months. Take Buck Gulch Trail to access the Buffalo Creek Recreation Area and Pike National Forest and hike/cross country ski forever. Charming, historic “downtown” Evergreen is a quick drive from the house. Settled in 1859, it retains much of its old west charm. Dining options are a plenty as well as wonderful & unique shopping, music, galleries, & nightlife. Red Rocks Amphitheater is 30-mins away. Besides being a great concert venue, it\`s gorgeous, & ideal for hiking. Breckenridge Ski Mountain is about a 90-minute drive from this home. \*\*Ring doorbell in use outside of home\*\* \*\*HOUSE RULES:\*\* Maximum occupancy: 11 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib\* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy. During the months of November through April a 4-wheel drive vehicle, with snow tires, is mandatory. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any short-term rental in Jefferson County Colorado. Please do not smoke anything inside or outside the home. No parties or events without prior written approval. The house was well equipped with everything needed to prepare our meals. The house location has beautiful views. There is plenty of windows and a porch that wraps around to soak up all the beauty. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had it's own electric fireplace for extra warmth. The interior and all the fixtures were modern and the layout of the home was open and very welcoming. Brian was a wonderful host, he checked up on us a few times and was quick to reply with any questions we had. Our children had a wonderful time sledding.We brought sleds but there was already additional sleds on the property for use.This property has everything you need for a perfect stay, all the amenities for families. The host was fabulous and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain getaway. ##### alicia s. The Pine was a fantastic house to stay at with our family leading up to our wedding. Our wedding venue was very close and it made logistics so easy. The house was nice and clean and had wonderful views. The kitchen was beautiful. We saw hummingbirds and lots of deer. The only feedback I would give is that there could be more mirrors in the house. I think I had asked for a full length mirror and Bryan, the host, said he would get one for me if I reminded him closer to our stay - so it's my faults for not reminding him. But if you have multiple people getting ready for a big event, like a wedding, it's helpful to have some stand alone mirrors or wall mirrors in the bedrooms. The only other feedback is the lighting in the bathroom (where the only upstairs mirror is); it's very warm and dark. Brighter lighting would be super helpful, as again, I'm sure we won't be the only people getting ready for special events in the area. The property was oversold in the description; it sounds like it’s a remote getaway with hiking trails on site, but it’s right off the highway (road noise) and no “trails” to be found. All the trees are (sadly) infested with beetles and being cut down. Some minor issues were communicated to the host: - Toilet was leaking from the base the whole time, no resolution (also pretty gross)- Coffee maker broken (easy fix but again no resolution; and coffee is important!)- Had to ask for the trash bin to be emptied (promptly rectified)We were little creeped out by the cameras pointing right into the house. One looked right into the large kitchen windows (and could be seen from the downstairs bathroom). The other appeared to be watching us on the deck. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location, had amazing views, and comfy beds. We weren’t however made aware that there would be logging/landscaping going on during our stay, which would have been nice to know in advance. The floors also were quite dirty when we arrived - we swept multiple times during our stay and ended up sweeping quite a bit of what I believe was white dog hair. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here in the mountains - the views from the hot tub at night were amazing! ##### Rachel J. For the price, we did expect it to be a bit more clean.. windows were rather dirty, showers were not very clean, we ended up cleaning the floors the first night as there was a lot of debris on the upper and lower floors. There were only 2 trash bags provided and a tablespoon of dish soap- we stayed 4 days and ended up having to purchase trash bags and dish soap at one of the grocery stores in town.. if you plan to make any large meals, or anything that requires a large bowl- i would bring one! Beds were VERY comfortable, bedding was clean, hot tub was wonderful! Loved that they had a Kuerig! Plenty of towels for showering and the hot tub! Beautiful views! ##### Danielle R. That really made it nice and easy. The location was perfect and so close to the wedding venue. The only recommendation I have is that since this home gets rented a lot for weddings is to add more mirrors and some full length mirrors. I would highly recommend staying here.
