« The condo has been recently updated and was spotless and had everything we needed to launch our stay. The view was very nice and the location smack dab in the middle of the island made it easy to get anywhere....we did not rent a golf cart but instead walked or biked pretty much anywhere. There is beach access right across the street. Wont be our last trip to Fripp! »

« We used this condo for a 6 week snow bird destination. We arrived in mid Feb and left at the end of March. This condo was in an excellent location. It was about a 5 min walk to the shops at Coligny or to the beach. The condo itself, as advertised , was completely remodeled and very clean. Furniture, including beds were very comfortable. « My wife and I rented this unit to attend two days at the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament and spend four days on the beach. The condo was exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. It has a full size washer and dryer. There is a large balcony where we enjoyed sitting in the evening. The unit is well furnished and modern. « We had a wonderful stay. I was truly impressed with organization and availability of anything you could possibly need in a rental. The layout worked perfectly for us. Our three children (8,6,6) loved taking the spiral stairs up to the loft. The also enjoyed sitting on the porch searching for wildlife on the golf course. We would definitely stay here again! »
