WIFI,AIR CON, FULL KITCHEN 'THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS ' 'La Casa'- A beautiful bright and modern town house in a peaceful location just five minutes walk to local restaurants and nearby natural beaches - while a further 10 minute leisurely stroll along a palm fringed boardwalk will take you to a variety of public beaches and beachside cafes where you can hire umbrellas and loungers.. The Playa de las Higuericas is within a few minutes stroll from the Casa and is part of a Natural Protected area. Explore the heather covered sand dunes ,enjoy the stunning vistas and breathe in the perfect clear sea air. Chill out far from the madding crowd in the peace, comfort and privacy of the Casa, or take a five/ten minute drive to a selection of supermarkets ( Lidl ,Mercadona,Waitrose) , restaurants and bars. While a local mini market just a few hundred yards away will provide for your immediate needs. On your doorstep is a popular local restaurant/ pizzeria but if you feel like going further afield.... You might visit Villa Martin with its bustling thoroughfare or grab a coffee in the lively square in Torre De Le Horadada. Cabo Roig (fifteen minutes by car) offers an abundance of restaurants, bars ,night clubs and discos and a variety of water sports on its busy beaches. Visit the FABULOUS La Zenia open air shopping mall or maybe play a round of golf at the Romero golf club just fifteen minutes by car. Or just relax, recharge and enjoy the peace, privacy and comfort of the Casa, pool and jacuzzi. Inside the Casa no expense has been spared- You will find a fully fitted modern kitchen with Bosch oven, hob ,microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee making machine and an extending dining table for six. Open the sliding glass doors onto a private south facing patio and communal pool literally yards away. Plenty of Sun loungers, table and umbrella all add to the taste of luxury. A top floor duel aspect sun deck offers even more private sunbathing. Relax in the open plan lounge/living area with smart tv, WiFi and air con throughout. Downstairs shower/bathroom. Two good size double bedrooms (one with king SIZE double bed and one with two single beds) will comfortably sleep four. Blackout curtain in main bedroom ensures a perfect night's sleep while the second bedroom has a convenient persiana .Both bedrooms boast plenty of wardrobe space. Great accommodation over 3 floors including the bonus roof terrace for late drinks!Very modern but also managed to feel very homely as tastefully decorated throughout. Top appliances made cooking easy and comfort throughout (we'll be buying the sofa!) and great bed which makes a huge difference to sleep quality and ageing backs!Pool was great for kids and usually had it to ourselves and the beach and restaurants just a short stroll.Lilly met us on arrival and couldn't be more helpful and generous with her time, thanks Lilly. ##### Simon N.
