"The outside of the property was underwhelming. It looks like a motel but the inside has been refurbished and the room looked brand new! This is one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, even though it was the least expensive on Expedia! Large kitchen with a full refrigerator, sink, microwave…and a 2 burner INDUCTION STOVETOP! Beds were super comfy, shower was large and looked brand new with heavy sliding glass doors. I was truly impressed…once I got to the room. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and it was a nice hotel. Not too big or small, and completely renovated with tasteful decor. The pictures online are accurate. We had a room with a view of Pigeon River and there were terrible storms one night we were there and there was even some flooding in the parking lot. The diligent staff called us to move our car (which wasn’t really super flooded) and then began getting the water out and cleaning the parking lot. I was impressed at the care taken of the grounds especially amid storms and flood warnings the night before. Very nice staff, would definitely stay there again! "

"Room was good. Best hotel I’ve stayed in Pigeon Forge. Water park was heated and kids loved it. Would love them to revisit their policy on guests in the water park as our friends were unable to join us. "
