Even with my husband's F150, we still had enough space for the other car to park. The kitchen has literally everything necessary to cook anything (there was even a slow cooker to make the mulled cider we found in Gatlinburg!). It is dog-friendly as well, with plenty of places to walk the dogs, and a little dish is provided for food and water. It gets a little chilly when it's cold, but turn on the fire and it warms right up on both floors.
