As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies. Plus, as part of the Big Bear resort, you can enjoy fantastic community amenities, including:

Parking around Big Bear Resort is generally available, but it can feel a bit tight — kind of like city parking, especially during busier times. Each unit is allowed one parking spot in the lot at the bottom of the hill. The spots aren't assigned, but there's usually enough for everyone staying in the complex.
If you have more than one vehicle, there's "Excess Parking" nearby, plus a few extra spots in front of and behind the condo buildings up the hill. No trailers or motorhomes unless they can fully fit into a standard-sized parking space.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a fantastic blend of convenience, mountain charm, and resort-style amenities. Located within Big Bear Resort, this area is perfect for those looking to enjoy the best of Pigeon Forge while still having a peaceful retreat in the Smoky Mountains.

Getting Around:
The drive is easy — just a half mile off the Parkway in a developed area. Unlike remote cabins with steep, winding roads, this location is much more accessible. The only challenge is a steep switchback at the neighborhood entrance, but most cars handle it fine. In icy conditions, it could be tricky until plows have salted the road.

#### An absolute nightmare
Parking is non existent for the rental property, it’s a DUPLEX which is NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION! As soon as you walk in you smell dog pee, We spent the last 2 days listening to neighbors kids running up and down stairs. Strongly recommend NOT renting this property. Almost forgot the hot tub, if 2 people get in it, it will run over and flood the people directly below. Nothing to cook with, had to go buy a skillet to cook bacon. Definitely a waste of money.

#### Great Location and Cabin
We stay in the area multiple times per year and this has been one of our favorite cabins to stay in. The location is second to none of you are looking for convenience and amenities. The cabin was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed the pool table and this cabin had the newest and most enjoyable hot tub that we have experienced staying in Tennessee. Finally the hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

We like the overall design of lodge, natural lights coming in, ceiling, wall, floor wood floor so cozy. the hot tub, pool billiard, my boys played it a lot.. Gaming room on the extension bldg. Close to many attractions.

#### Little things add up
The parking and location aren't ideal, but the owners are MORE than friendly and quick to communicate and respond. We had issues with several windows literally hanging out of the cabin, giant cracks in all the doors and windows to the point it stayed cold and you could feel the wind and air standing by any window or door. The hot tub only worked the first 2 hours of our trip, and the dishwasher had a pretty consistent leak that caused wet socks, soaking feet, slick floors, and lack of clean towels from having to clean and dry the water leak. Parking and construction make it more difficult to get in and out of neighborhood, great owner Just wrong cabin and location

We had a great time at the cabin! It was cute, clean and perfect for the two of us. Convenient location, easy access to the Parkway and all the amenities were wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!

Overall we were happy with our stay. 2 things that were not disclosed in the description were you do not park directly at the cabin. There is no yard there to park. You park down at the bottom of a hill; which could be a problem for someone who is handicapped or has difficulty walking. We did not realize we would not have cable or satellite to use for TV as with other cabin rentals. It did have a Roku; but we were not familiar in using it and could not watch any local weather to the area. For the most part we were satisfied with our stay.

This was a great cabin, was perfect for our family. Close to Pigeon Forge, shopping, groceries. etc. Everything was well maintained, clean, and pleasant. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.
