We had no internet to the house. We could not watch tv or get in our computer. When we arrived the first day we had no air conditioning; it did not work and it was very hot. There are no windows screens so we could not even open the windows for the bugs. We contacted the management company and the owner and no one helped. 4 day stay and no internet and they did not fix or even attempt. The bedding was minimal; the pillows are worn and stained and needs replaced. We had 3 glasses and only 2 wash cloths for a 4 day stay. Again we contacted management and they never brought any additional towels. The dishwasher did not work and I had to wash everything by hand. Again management did not fix. The couch is worn out; the bed is uncomfortable. The mini blinds in the loft / bedroom are broken. There’s no curtains so light a from the neighboring cabin shined in the windows all night. I did not mind the stairs to the cabin; but the cabin needs a lot of attention and new furnishings; everything was worn. If you go you need to bring your own bedding and towels and bring a hotspot! Cell service is limited in the cabin so your cell hot spot will not work. I’m very disappointed; I spent most of the vacation trying to work with management to get things fixed but there was no resolution. Don’t waste your vacation on this rental. ##### wendy d.
