Unlike remote cabins with steep, winding roads, this location is much more accessible. The only challenge is a steep switchback at the neighborhood entrance, but most cars handle it fine. In icy conditions, it could be tricky until plows have salted the road. It is up the mountain just enough to be secluded, but also right down the street from the parkway only minutes from everything. My husband and I felt like it was just the right size. Especially since we would have paid more to stay in a regular hotel room. We had everything we needed to cook. We used the grill without any problems. The hot tub was perfect. It was so cozy and had everything we needed to cook in home and relax. Beautiful deck to enjoy morning coffee and a great hot tub to relax in at night. Perfect location minutes to downtown but far enough to feel like you are away in the mountains. The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The property was very clean and the location was great. It was close to many attractions while still feeling secluded. The only down side to this particular unit was the heavy feet upstairs which was not the property owner's fault. That's all we could hear when we were all trying to sleep. This cabin is one part of a quadraplex cabin in a small resort. The resort area is close to all of the area attractions but just enough off the main road to be quiet. There isn't the same level of privacy you might get with a single rustic cabin rental,but that wasn't what we were after on this trip. The access to the resort pool and game room was a nice perk, but we only used them once. The private hot tub was very clean and made for a great way to unwind after a long day at area attractions. The property manager is very easy to contact and quick to respond if you have questions. I would most definitely rent this property or one managed by the same group again. ##### Leslie F. There was plenty of room, fully stocked and then some, clean and organized. Check in/out was great. Amazing communication from the manager. The neighborhood itself is a bit tight, but the location of this cabin is perfectly placed. We loved being on the bottom unit as well. No issues parking right up front.
