The only danger you’ll encounter at Scarlett’s Lair is not wanting to leave! This 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm in a prime Pigeon Forge location. Relax & Unwind: Two private decks for morning coffee or evening drinks. Open Living Spaces: Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar flows into dining and living room—perfect for entertaining. FYI: This is a 2-story condo and is located on the second floor so climbing steps is necessary. The first level is the kitchen, living room (with a sleeper sofa), dining room, powder room and deck. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a laundry area and another deck off of the master bedroom. Scarlett’s Lair Rules and Regulations 1\. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. 2\. This is a NON SMOKING condo. There will be a 250.00 fee for remediation if it becomes necessary. 2a. PET FEE this is a pet friendly condo with a 95.00 pet fee, an additional fee may apply for additional pets. (dogs only) 3\. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4\. PAYMENT – A 50% deposit is required upon booking this property. When booking you automatically agree to these terms. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check in, 5\. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 6\. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed. 7\. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 8\. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9\. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. The only downside was the cleanliness. I had to go get stuff to clean the 10 inches of dust on the back of the bed. Didn't want my dog on the carpet upstairs due to many stains, and the curtains were full of dust. With a good cleaning, the place would be perfect! ##### Holly N. I was excited it was in Pigeon Forge and had everything we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay and loved it was close to everything but still not in the busy part of town. Was clean and homey and had all the necessities needed for a fun filled weekend. Liked that we could hear Dollywood from our balcony and how close it was to get to Dollywood since we visited there during our stay.
