The kitchen also includes a bar island with seating for several guests, seamlessly connecting to the adjacent dining area that comfortably accommodates six people. All necessary pots, pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, and more are provided for your convenience!

Smoky Summit condo is conveniently located just off Pigeon Forge Parkway on the top floor, so no neighbors are above you! (Exact address and directions shared before your arrival.) The building offers elevator and stair access, as well as complimentary carts to aid with luggage.

Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping is allowed.  
Building quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM.  
Adult on the reservation must be present.

FOR WINTER TRAVELERS:  
  
If you're planning to visit between November 1st and March 31st, we recommend an AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicle, or bringing snow chains for a 2-wheel drive, especially if you plan to go into higher elevations during your stay. The condo is located right off the main road, The Parkway, but there is a hill to enter and exit the condo community.
