C. 1 juin 2025 #### A blast from the past The property is quite dated and could use a good exterior wash and paint job. Interior has some improvements but is a far cry from a luxury condo. Shower in master has low water pressure and nearly requires help to get in and out of the huge whirlpool tub. Exit door to the stairwell was a little strange and kinda made us feel uneasy as because there was no way to completely secure it from the inside (did have a deadbolt but who has a key?!?) . Couches in the living area were dingy and you can hear all the traffic on the street ESPECIALLY garbage trucks at 4am. Biggest plus is the location - it's literally minutes away from everything. A good clean and a few repairs would make it a nice retreat ##### C. C. The rooms were nice and spacious; however there are a few things I’d like to point out. The master bedroom had not been vacuumed or mopped. There were clumps of dust behind the high back chair next to the closet and if it had cleaned the dust would not have been there. The return vent in the hallway was filthy and needed to be cleaned. We were breathing the dust from it. The knobs for hot and cold water in hall bathroom are backwards. One of my cousins took a cold shower because she couldn’t get the water set correctly. Another thing was the on-site person was rude. I went in to ask if we had to check in with her and she said “did you book it with me” and I said No. Her next remark was “then no I can’t help you“, which I thought was very rude and walked out! The rooms were all great size and the beds were all comfortable. We had everything we needed. The host replies very quickly and was very accommodating.
