The neighbors are friendly and the convenience to everything is great. Super close to anything you would want to do in Pigeon Forge. As for the condo, it was very clean and well decorated. Very cute place.The Jacuzzi garden tub was my favorite feature but although there was a light above the tub, there was not a switch anywhere to turn light on. And we checked all the switches. Even checked the switches in the bathtub at the suggestion of the property manager. Not a deal breaker though, just took dark baths by lamp light. The shower had good water pressure. Everything else seemed to be in good working order. The thermostat was a little confusing but we made it work for the most part. The worse things about the condo was the bed! That would be a deal breaker for next time. The bed is very hard and super uncomfortable. We did not get much sleep and woke up hurting all over the nights we stayed in the bed. The sofas (not folded out) were way more comfortable. And the linens had a funny smell when I turned back the cover. Other than that.
