Advertised a queen sized bed in the master suite. The mattress was a full sized mattress on a queen box. 2\. There were several instances of what looked to be mold in the spare bathroom and on the box frame in the bedroom. 3\. Bathroom was missing its air vent cover as well as its steam vent. My partner and I had to vacate due to a mold allergy. When informed the property manager explained that there was a no exceptions no refund policy. This location can’t be beat. One street away from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. One road away from the winter light walking trail and can see them from the back windows. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need away from home. The pictures don’t show the updated furniture in the living room. We will definitely stay in this condo again. We have 4 children (12, 4, 3, and 2) and everyone has ample space to move around. Host was quick to answer any questions and very friendly. Don’t sleep on this hidden gem. ##### Melissa H.
