The cozy, in the tree space, has everything you need & nothing you don’t. Disconnect from the hustle & bustle to reconnect with loved ones & nature. Come soak in the views while relaxing in the hot tub right in the treetops! Enjoy the mountains & unforgettable starry-night skies. The check in process was very easy and the host had great communication prior to us arriving. It's a beautiful cabin but not ideal for families with young kids. The bunk beds don't have a separate door to block any noise. We also woke up to a large puddle in the kitchen the night after it stormed. We had to set up a bucket to catch the leak the remainder of our stay. When I contacted the host about it, they told me the wind will blow water through the window sometimes. There was definitely a leak somewhere so we would've appreciated someone looking into the issue further. Overall we had a nice stay. The location could not be any better!! The location was peaceful, easy to get to, and incredibly convenient—especially for anyone visiting Dollywood, which is just over the ridge. The cabin was well-stocked with all the essentials, including plenty of towels and linens, and the open layout made it a great space to relax and unwind. We had a minor issue with the door lock on the second day, but the property manager was quick to respond and resolved it right away.
