We were close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We especially loved the jukebox, pool table, and the hot tub on the deck. My family had a wonderful time and the host, Justin, was very responsive and helpful before during and after our stay. Good location with easy access to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. So much to do as a family without going anywhere! The location was convenient to all the fun things to do in Pigeon Forge, but also far enough out to enjoy peace and quiet. It was clean ( not a bug to be seen!) and the kitchen had everything we could have asked for, since we cooked a lot of meals while we stayed. Things I would say is location is good and convenient to a lot of things. There are 3 levels of stairs if someone can't handle stairs. Made it so easy to enjoy the cabin throughout the day when we o it had a short amount of time before heading off to something else. There was so much space that everyone could spread out and have some down time when needed. Plenty of things to do for everyone. We simply loved it!! Has two living areas plus a loft. Perfect for teens. Wonderful decks for outdoor lounging. Great communication with host. I’d stay again, but would first make sure of a few items. The hot tub didn’t heat and there are some miscellaneous items that need replacement/refresh. Overall a great stay. There were some issues the 1st day with the hot tub & jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom so we weren't able to use it the 1st day. That was a bummer, but communication was good with the owner and we were able to get it taken care of by the 2nd day. Cleanliness top notch and location is literally right around the corner from the strip. My only suggestion would be to have cleaners check temp of hot tub and pilots for fireplace before check in. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and games when we weren’t out doing things in town. Check out process was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend staying there with your family. WiFi signal is very weak. We pretty much had to use our hotspot on our phone the whole time. The only small recommendation I would give the home owner is to supply more trash bags for the kitchen (only had 2) and more dish towels (had 1) and dish rags (only had a sponge). Received quick response from Justin and he was apologetic, offered to send cleaners back over but I declined as we were not comfortable with strangers being Inside so spent some time on the day we arrived cleaning up some stuff. Was unable to enjoy upper level balcony due to bee infestation. I made property owner aware of all these things so he could get them taken care of.
