The Space: Welcome to your cozy getaway! This inviting home offers a comfortable and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Enjoy spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll find local shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Ideal for families or groups seeking a home-away-from-home experience in Knoxville. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Other Things to Note: Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our guest screening tool results, additional credit card verification or a security deposit may be required (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates up to 6 guests, but we allow up to 9 guests with an additional fee of $15 per night for the 7th to 9th guests. There was no heat for 2 days, with 30 highs, and the management company argued with me about what a thermostat was. The fireplace that is listed is non usable. "Only display " but listed as amenities in ad. For a place that sleeps up to 9 people, there were only four sets of silverware and cookware was nonexistent to even feed six people. I had to go by skillet and baking sheets so that I can cook for my family. The grill that is shown in the ad is also non usable. It was rusted out and falling apart.
