The Space: Welcome to your cozy getaway! This inviting home offers a comfortable and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Ideal for families or groups seeking a home-away-from-home experience in Knoxville. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Other Things to Note: Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our guest screening tool results, additional credit card verification or a security deposit may be required (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Food deliveries are available via shipt dot com. Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates up to 6 guests, but we allow up to 9 guests with an additional fee of $15 per night for the 7th to 9th guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM Minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests staying longer or with additional needs should plan accordingly. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
