Great place in the mountains!

We enjoyed sour stay at Above All. The host was responsive and helpful during our stay. Location is perfect if you want to be close to all the attractions but have a relaxing place to retreat at the end of the day.

Great cabin for family vacation

It was a wonderful location in the mountain and not far from the parkway …. It was nice to be able to got back for a break mid day and head into town for dinner and fun after a rest… we loved being about to cook breakfast in the morning as well and steaks on the grill for dinner one night!

Great place to stay

The stay was great! Was clean! Only this was the stove handle was broke. And the hot tub was off and water was cold. Took 5 hours for the water to heat up

Almost perfect

Our stay was great with just some minor things. Upstairs ceiling fan doesn’t work. Only one parking space is certainly inconvenient when two families want to stay together. Maybe a bigger ac unit for upstairs bedroom would be beneficial as well. These few factors is only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Beautiful Cabin

Beautiful Cabin, stunning views. Very comfortable. Things I didn’t like, how’s there’s no flat driveway for you to park. The drive up made me puke few times. The cabin, needs more cleanliness. The mantle above the fire place was so dusty. Underneath the beds, the windows, window frames. Other than that, absolutely beautiful cabin. We had so much fun.

Dirty

Dirty towels were left in the washing machine. I had to call corporate 3 times to finally get connected with the local office. Furniture was very worn and dirty. Cabin provided some shampoo, conditioner, some laundry detergent and some dish soap but NO hand soap.

First floor shower issues

First floor shower is not working. This should be fixed immediately. Billiards table has a hole in one pocket and the ball made a big noise hitting the floor.

Fantastic view, good location

The view and location were great - close enough to food/attractions etc, far enough away that you can't see or hear any of the lights or noises. The parking isn't as it appears in the photos, it's actually on an incline. The property is showing tiny signs of wear and tear - one of the pockets on the pool table is torn and haphazardly repaired; one of the showers had a glass panel removed and replaced with a curtain; one of the cabinet doors was missing. If you're planning on using the pool/hot tub, you'll have to wash and dry a load of towels because there isn't a front desk with a ready supply of fresh extras. All that said, I'd still return.

Never Again!

The property management is a joke. Vacasa has the lowest ratings for a reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!! Photos not accurate of current conditions. We waited on the porch of the cabin for an hour because we never received key code to enter like we should have on the day before. Vacasa representative was bothered to help. They are terrible.

Great location not so great cabin

The cabin was not very clean. The shower curtain had mold on them, jetted tub had dirt and hair in it, hot tub had ants floating in it, and there was dirty silverware in the drawers. The gas grill didn't work and it took 40 minutes on hold for someone to tell us it was after maintenance hours. The thermostat had a note that you couldnt turn the air below 72 or it would freeze the unit. At "72" the cabin was so hot we were sweating and our baby monitor showed it was actually 80 degrees. It felt better outside than it did in the cabin. I would never stay at this cabin again.

Cannot adjust temperature…hot!

We were so hot the entire time. Temperature has to be set at 72. We like to keep penguins in our closets at home, so if we had known we would be sweating the whole time and not be able to be comfortable and adjust the temperature to where we want it while on vacation, we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. If it freezes if you turn it too cold, then a bigger unit needs to be installed. Tried to contact guest services, but no one would ever answer, and I didn’t want to have to be on hold for an hour wasting my vacation time.

I would have left 5 stars but you snooze you lose.

This cabin is very nice but I choose to leave 1 star because the refrigerator is broken, and they know it. They left a note on the refrigerator trying to justify it being broken we literally had a pack of cookie dough & a gallon of milk in there & it got so hot in there it went bad. We certainly did not over fill it. It's clearly broken & they get complaints about it so often they put a note trying to justify their decision to leave you with a broken refrigerator. Sure do miss the good ole days when it was Moose Creek Crossing & issue like this were dealt with in a hurry. If this problem would have been so obvious the norm I would have left a 5 star rating because we enjoyed it other than the refrigerator.

Amazing cabin

I was a little skeptical about this house leading up to the days we were going to be staying in it just because of others reviews and how they were more on the negative side. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this cabin was though! Yes it was a little outdated but it’s a cabin more than likely cabins are gonna be like that. The kitchen didn’t have alot of cooking utensils and bowls but enough to cook with one thing I would suggest to bring or for the cabin to carry is salt and pepper shakers there was absolutely none so if your cooking you will need to make sure and have some. The beds are very comfortable and all the rooms are good sizes the hot tub was very clean and overall the house was very clean and nice. I would most definitely come back again!

Perfect Getaway

Rented this property for our family vacation. The view is fantastic and it was the perfect cozy size. Parking was on a steep incline and the cabin could use some more dishes and upgrades. TVs are not smart ones, needed more detergents and soap for longer stay. My kids enjoyed the pool table and arcade. Overall we had a great stay.

Nice cabin

Really nice cabin. Loved the 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is nice but it could use more utensils such as a wine opener. My kids loved the pool table and gaming system.
