Swim spa was fun. Lots of outdoor seating options which was nice. Indoor activities were very limited. When it rained there was nothing to do. Make sure you take games with you if there is a chance of rain. The kitchen set up is odd. Not easy for cooking for a large family. The cookware provided is very basic. There was only one pot holder, there was no standard size baking pan or caserole dish. So just make aure you take what you nees to prepare anything fod related. The swim spa is located at the back of the property. Its a very steep walk to get to it. It is not something that would be accessible for someone who cant walk wel or down a steep incline. The swim spa wasnt filled completely so i reached out to customer service who asked for a picture then asked me to fill it up properly, which we did, but the hose is attached to the back of the house on a really steep incline, so that was not fun, but it worked out and the kids had a blast playing in it. The beds a very firm memory foam, so if you prefer soft and plush, just be aware. These are not. The process of booking is a pain. After you book, you receive a seperate email with a whole process to go through. Take a selfie with your ID with dates written on a piece of paper. Annoying, but I get it. Customer service was responsive and friendly. Overall it is a very clean nice spacious place with the perfect location. ##### Jessica W. There were several cords near the fireplace that were exposed that we had to keep our small children from pulling on. There was a significant hole in hallway floor on the main floor that. The house also had cockroaches. During our stay we saw a total of 4 live ones in the house. I contacted the listing regarding the hazardous hole in the floor and the roaches. I was told that they would have maintenance come fix the floor, this did not occur. As for the roaches they brought us a can on bug spray from ACE. ##### Anna K. The kitchen was nice but the refrigerator wasn’t working and took a couple days to get replaced. The outside hot tub was nice but hard to get to had to go out the front door and no real path except the sloped driveway. This would be ok for a long weekend but not a whole week. We left a day early because it just wasn’t comfortable. It was absolutely perfect for us! Good location to do different activities (hiking, dinner theatre, shopping, tours) as well as a good location to just hang out. The swim spa was the perfect size to cool off in and my one year old had a fabulous time jumping in and splashing around. We had a few minor issues with the swim spa but the communication was fabulous and it was fixed in a timely manner! I’d highly recommend this location to stay.
