This condo is located on Little Pigeon River and features 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is plenty of space for you to relax inside or enjoy the balcony that overlooks the river. This spacious condo is just a block off the parkway in Pigeon Forge right beside the river. Park in the garage underneath the condo and ride the elevator up to the 2nd floor for some awesome views and sounds of Little Pigeon River. This unit is 3 floors off the ground which makes it the perfect level to sit on the balcony and see the river. This condo features 3 king bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the peaceful balcony or the outdoor pool and hot tub. What more could you ask for? No need to fight over who gets the bigger bed. It's time to relax in one of the 3 king bedrooms. Each bedroom features a flat screen cable tv. There are also 3 bathrooms here, so you won't have to wait in line. You'll enjoy all the updates with stylish furniture, stainless appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Our living room is tastefully decorated and features a large screen tv and a gas fireplace that is perfect for cuddling up to at the end of an adventurous day. The sofa also includes a queen sleeper, for extra sleeping capacity. Kick back in the comfy recliner or go out the sliding glass doors to the balcony to listen to the river. Our kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware, and small appliances for those homecooked meals. We also have a keurig coffeemaker that also has standard coffee pot to help you rise and shine. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table to enjoy those home cooked meals. Want food delivery instead? It's just a click away with Door Dash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats. The spacious master suite has a cozy king size bed where you can curl up and watch the flat screen cable tv. There is also an in room jacuzzi tub to soak in. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The dressing and sink area is outside the bathroom to help you minimize the time it takes for your morning routine. The second bedroom features a plush king size bed also and a flat screen cable tv. Your family will love having their own king size suite. The second bath has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom also features a plush king size bed and a flat screen cable tv. Your kids or extra guests will love having their own king size suite too. The third bath also has a shower/tub combo. Enjoy the views of the mountains from the 2nd floor balcony. The balcony is 3 stories off the ground since there is parking on the ground floor. This is the perfect height to see and hear the river while relaxing with your morning cup of coffee while taking it all in. The lodge has an outdoor pool and hot tub that are just steps away. It was far from a sterile environment I’ve seen in other condos we have rented. The pool was a bonus that the kids loved having when we had a few free hours. The location was also great in that we could be at the Island and Dollywood in just minutes, but also go over to Gatlinburg easily as well. The condo is also right on a river which made it feel like we were out of the hustle and bustle of this busy town. This condo was especially nice due to each couple had their own private bedroom and bath all under one roof where we could sit together in the living space and chat before and after going out each day. The condo itself had comfortable beds and a nice layout. We did experience trouble setting a temperature on the thermostat and at times the condo was a little warm. I am not sure if the thermostat was broken or if we didn’t know how to work it. We also had trouble with the fridge leaking water from the freezer to the fridge, however, the food did stay cold. Also, some pans with lids would have made cooking more enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay again ##### Connie T. Had a very overpowering musty smell. It was surface clean however carpets and area rugs filthy. Rugs were almost black in traffic areas and the bath mats looked to have never been washed. We all enjoyed our stay. The pool was locked on our first day there, so I reached out to the owner, and her response was quick, and the pool was opened within a few minutes. Nice decor. Sheets and towels like you would buy for home, not the white institutional ones in most places. The coffee maker was a combo drip or keurig which was great. Hope to stay here again. ##### Martha F. You can watch the fireworks from Dollywood from the balcony. Very roomy with plenty of space for everyone. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was perfect for our family of 8\. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Owner was easy to work with and was responsive to questions. There was an issue with the refrigerator. The ice maker didn’t work and leaked water into the bottom of the freezer and into the top shelf of the refrigerator. We put a bowl on the top shelf to catch the water that was leaking down and made sure to keep out items off the top shelf. Kitchen could be more stocked. It had some basics, but we had to buy a metal spatula because we used the gas grill for burgers. There was no strainer, which would have been helpful when we cooked spaghetti. The elevator was very slow, so we took the stairs most of the time. The down button didn’t work, so you had to push the up button when going down. These were all minor issues and definitely did not impact our stay. We would stay here again. ##### Karen S.
