Kitchen
Our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, cookie pans, knives, toaster, crockpot, instant pot, blender and coffee bar. The table seats nine to ten with three bar stools at the counter.

Parking
Need lots of parking? 6 cars depending on how big, will fit in the driveway. If you need additional space for a trailer, please contact me.

Your Hosts
We want you to have a fun and stress free stay. We provide tips and suggestions for the area. Easy check in and check out! We only ask you load and start the dishwasher at check out. Theres no chore list at check out.

Location
You can get to lots of restaurants and activities in a few minutes. During the busy seasons, you will be thankful to be at your cabin-not stuck in traffic! You will loved being able to get to restaurants, grab a pizza or run to Food City in just a few minutes. The back decks are amazing. A perfect place to hang out and relax!

The cabin is in a woodsy area. We have pest control come every month plus additional quarterly visits. The cabin has been professionally sealed. You might see bugs despite these efforts.

Dogs who are well behaved are welcome. There is a $75 fee for the 1st dog. $50 for second dog. Owners are responsible for any damage and clean up. Airbnb will charge for the first dog. I will send an invoice for the additional dog. If you have more than two dogs, please message me.

No parties

Guests must be 18+ or children staying with parents.

Starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. You may need to purchase more during your stay.

Charcoal, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are not provided.

For your protection there is a security camera at the front door.

No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages or anything out of our control. Please purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect your family's vacation investment.

Jennie was an amazing host! The cabin was amazing and super clean. The hot tub was a must! Area is very quiet with very friendly people. Do keep in mind it was on an uphill so a car with AWD or a 4x4 is recommended. We got snowed in during our stay and unfortunately did not have a snow shovel. I had to use my neighbors to get out of the property. I spoke to Jennie and she was incredibly understanding and was very helpful if I needed to extend my stay or needed a late checkout. Overall amazing cabin and would 100% re book if im ever back in town.

Amenities are poorly maintained and folks renting this unit may experience a stained beds. Host tried to resolve the issues but after the fact. By that time - we already wasted time to deal with the issues. Sink not draining, music system not working, stained soft bed and mattress that sinks and caused back problems, Larger burner didn’t light up. These all issues made overall experience unpleasant and after spending so much, good not use time wisely trying to deal with these issues. On top of that, when I consolidated the list of issues, send pictures (for evidence), host nicely chose not to reply! And VRBO left it on host to resolve. As a renter, you can get stuck in the middle. Please look into renting this unit, good luck!

Perfect home base for our family vacation with our kids and grandkids. The kitchen is very well equipped which allowed us to make several meals at the cabin. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and the arcade games. Conveniently located. Easy to get places without having to drive on mountain roads. Plenty of room for parking several cars.

Loved our stay

The cabin is in a great location, not far from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was spotless and the furniture was in great shape. We enjoyed the hot tub and we played many games of pool. Although we didnt use the swimming pool, it was close to the cabin. We would love to stay here the next time we go to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg.

A great place to stay! Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Loved the hot tub! And the kids (and adults) loved the arcade machine. Only complaint was the size and amount of towels.
