It was a nice stay, river right in front of you, hot tub on deck. Like minutes to Pigeon Forge 15 to Gatlin burg every thing was right there. Only gripe might be the geese just because of all the crap! But I know it is the nature of the beast and no reflection on the cabins! Floor was gross and unit had not been cleaned. Ring around the tub. There was dog hair all over the floor and after walking around for 1 minute, my feet were completely black. Mold/algae growing around hot tub - so obviously we did not use it. I called REPEATEDLY (8+x)during the first 3 days to get cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself. A broom, dustpan and bucket/mop were provided but with no cleaning solution to mop the floor or clean the tub. I asked to be moved - Nope. After 2 days, one woman working there said she would sent out cleaning people in the morning of our 3rd day. That did not happen. I then gave up and just asked for a refund of the cleaning fee - seems reasonable, right? What a surprise they did not answer or return my email requests. I also tried to find a way for VRBO to assist, but I was not able to get assistance there either. Will go back to Airbnb where I have had much success in the past. The cabin is very nice with nice quality furniture and appliances. Very pleased to have a smart TV that had access to Netflix and Amazon. Nice alarm system for added security. Close to town but far out enough to feel like a getaway. My only complaint is that there is not privacy for the hot tub. Other than that absolutely no complaints. ##### Elizabeth B.
