Séjour de 3 nuits en novembre 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Kevin G. 30 oct. 2025 Points forts : Propreté The cabin is new, very clean and pet friendly, the reason for the low rating is the Headline says “Cozy Cabin with hot tub” and unfortunately the hot tub was not heating up to the set temperature. We checked in at 4:30pm, water temp was 86, the cover was broken, saturated with water. We went for dinner and did a few things in Pigeon Forge, tried using the hot tub around 930pm and the water temp had actually dropped a few degrees to an uncomfortable temperature . Contacted host, they were going to try and send someone and never heard back, messaged in the morning to see about a partial refund and still have not heard back. We came in a day early to explore Pigeon forge area as we always stay in Gatlinburg and never make it to Pigeon Forge. We could have stayed at the Best Western across the road with our points but thought it would be nice to have the hot tub that unfortunately did not work. I get things can malfunction, but host has done nothing to make it right.
