Somehow I didn’t receive their email with instructions and they weren’t getting the messages I sent on VRBO but after we made contact by phone everything was great. (I think it was just technology glitches) They were quick to respond by phone/text. We had no issues of any kind while staying at the condo. I run a cleaning business and this is not except able. We get chrged a cleaning fee but came into a uncleaned condo.
