"The rooms were totally renovated and felt like new. Everything from the rooms to the pool area was spotless and clean. The breakfast was very good. The river behind the motel was very nice. We spent a lot of time there just watching the wildlife. It was very relaxing."

"We have stayed there on 3 different occasions and this time was the best by far. The staff were there and helpful the whole time. Breakfast was a good free breakfast and provided variety. Rooms are clean. We did have a leaky air conditioner and the floor maybe needed a good cleaning but the room itself was clean and well maintained. Nice updated bathroom as well. We will certainly stay again. Very well over all especially considering the price!"

"Staff was great to work with. We love staying here! Great layout for sharing a space with others. We each have our own bed and bathroom. Common area is big enough to hangout. Pool area is nice. Conveniently located near Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, but away from the strip if you like a little quiet time too."
