Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 33 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. Sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with dining area. TV and free wifi. \- A fully-equipped kitchen including: 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, Melitta espresso machine and jug, raclette/fondue maker, blender.... \- Air-conditioned bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200), French window with direct access to terrace \- Bedroom 2 with air-conditioning: queen-size bed (160x200) \- Bathroom with shower (90x120) \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, plancha on the terrace, isothermal basket with crockery for picnics, beach umbrella... and lots of board games for getting together with family or friends. Outside: \- A 20 m² terrace not overlooked with a large wooden table for lunch, teleworking or any other activity; on one side, garden furniture with carpet, 2 large club armchairs and coffee table... And on the other side, 2 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxation. A table with plancha is available. Terrace with views over the garrigue and partial sea view. The flat is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant setting just 150 m from the sea. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The tourist office is 10 minutes south of Porticcio, right next to the boat/shuttle that will take you quickly across the golf course to visit Ajaccio without the need for a car. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. Closed garage for motorbikes or cars available in the residence, at an additional cost (payment on site). For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: \- Nearest ferry station: Ajaccio 25 km (about 30 min by car) \- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 18 km (about 20 minutes by car) Other comments: \- Please specify the number of passengers when booking. \- Bed linen and towels are included.
