### Casa Rosy Versilia

My country house is located on the hill above Pietrasanta. At 15 minutes from the see of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Close to the art cities of Touscany (Firenze, Pisa e Luca) and Liguria (Porto Fino, Cinque Terre). Ideal also for trekking activities.  
  
The house is articulated in two floors. The main floor is composed by a cozy dining room with toilet, sofa and TV and a livable kitchen in traditional Tuscany style. The second floor is composed by two bedrooms well furnished and a big bathroom  
  
In the outside a beautiful garden with two parking spaces.
