The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. Everything is just perfect , very nice and very helpful staff ( Mia at the front desk is such a nice lady ) and Pavel( I hope that's his name-can't remember now , he is the hotel groundskeeper) was absolutely 100% helpful with everything, he even recommended local trips to us and we are glad we followed his recommendations. I do recommend this lovely hotel to everyone who is thinking to stay !
