Accommodation description:  
Tauern Suites Mitterwirt is located in the centre of Piesendorf, a typical Austrian village where authenticity and small-scale charm come together for an unforgettable holiday experience. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this studio with balcony for two people. There are the following shared facilities: wellness with two saunas, fitness room, ski storage, bicycle storage, children's playground and there is a restaurant were you can have a good meal  
This accommodation is situated in a picturesque setting that's perfect for any season. In winter, you can be in the well-known ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun within minutes. Here you will find plenty of slopes for all levels, modern lifts and cosy mountain huts for a well-deserved break. Other winter activities, such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and tobogganing, can also be found in the area, making your stay in the mountains always exciting.  
  
In summer, the area transforms into a lively paradise with countless hiking and cycling routes that lead you through beautiful alpine meadows and past impressive mountain lakes. For water lovers, Lake Zell am See offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, boating, or just relaxing by the water. You can also get active here with paragliding, canyoning or a ride on the summer toboggan run, which is an exciting way to explore the mountains.  
  
Besides nature and adventure, the area also offers culture. The nearby villages of Zell am See and Kaprun have atmospheric centres with boutiques, cosy cafés and sights such as Kaprun's medieval castle. For families, there are also playgrounds and other child-friendly activities nearby. Thanks to the apartment's central location, you'll experience the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and culture during your holiday in the Alps.  
  
In Kaprun (4.5 km), there is an e-charging station with six charging stations, including a lounge where you can sit inside. There are also charging stations at the Maiskogel and Areithbahn (ski resorts) car parks  
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine  
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
