Tauern Suites Mitterwirt is located in the centre of Piesendorf, a typical Austrian village where authenticity and small-scale charm come together for an unforgettable holiday experience. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a balcony to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. For common use, there is a wellness area with 2 saunas with sun loungers, fitness room, ski storage, bicycle storage, car park, children's playground and a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food  
This apartment is in a mountain setting where every season brings something new. In winter, you are within easy reach of the ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun, where snowy slopes and vibrant après-ski await you. Whether you are racing down the wide slopes, having your first snowboard lesson or taking a winter hike at your leisure, the area offers a unique mix of relaxation and action. And when the skiing is over, dive into the shared sauna for that perfect after-ski release.  
  
Summer brings a different vibe: a Walhalla for hikers, bikers, and anyone looking to escape the routine. You can start a new adventure every day with trails through vast alpine meadows, along lakes, and through forests. There is the nearby Lake Zell am See for water lovers, where you can swim, supper, and sunbathe on its shores. Paragliding, climbing, and even going on a summer toboggan run are some adventure options for those looking to get their adrenaline flowing.  
  
This area also has an authentic charm; traditional markets, local eateries and the relaxed atmosphere in the surrounding villages complete the picture. End your day with a glass of locally brewed beer or a cup of hot mulled wine as the sun sets. This apartment offers you the perfect base: the tranquillity of the mountains or adventure just around the corner.
