There are also the following shared facilities: ski storage, bicycle storage, laundry room, car park, playground and restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious food  
  
This apartment puts you in the middle of the action, where the mountains are always breathtaking and adventure is around every corner. Winter in this region means access to the ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun, where you can ski, snowboard and toboggan from sunrise to sunset. With kilometres of slopes, modern lifts and that unmissable après-ski atmosphere, you get a taste of real winter sports life. After a day in the snow, the shared sauna will let your muscles relax, and you'll be ready for another day on the mountain.  
  
When summer arrives, the area transforms into a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Alpine meadows, streams and panoramic views make every trip memorable. For an afternoon of water fun, head to Lake Zell am See, where swimming, supping and sunbathing complete the summer vibe and looking for excitement. Then paragliding and rock climbing are on your list to get that adrenaline flowing.
