« We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. « Everything was great! I was exhausted from traveling with 3 boys alone. We made it into our room & were able to immediately relax. Our room smelled great, everything we needed was available, & our room was a comfortable temperature. I felt safe with my three boys & was able to truly rest! We will definitely stay again! »

« The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? « The keys needed to be tried on the doors multiple times - a minimum of 5 sometimes over 15! Checking in after 3 pm I was told the room wasn't ready and would have to come back after 4. « We were locked out of our room for over 2 hours when we got back at 2am. Had to call BPD to find someone on the property to unlock our room.
