(LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR - no terrasse) Perfect for a romantic getaway or for an adventurous trip. Only 30 seconds away from the St Sauveur/Avila ski mountain, waterpark, outlets, restaurants, grocery, shops... 5 minutes away from the luxurious Polar Bear Club Spa and the club de Golf Piedmont Close proximity to several lakes and golf courses. Please note the fireplace is not available for use In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness. \*We do not provide any firewood or propane.\* We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!
