- Strictly no smoking inside the house

- There may be some ongoing construction outside, however doesn't impact the stay.

- Driveway is gravel and shouldn't be an issue parking one car on the driveway. Additional cars can be parking on the street safely.

- Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used
