With three cozy bedrooms, including a master suite with its own ensuite bathroom, everyone in your party will find their perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The additional full bathroom and convenient powder room ensure that morning routines and bedtime rituals remain stress-free.

One of the highlights of our home is the inviting outdoor patio, complete with a barbecue grill. - Guest will have access to entire Main house and backyard during their stay.
- Basement is a separate unit & rented to a very quiet family. Please strictly follow quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am) and respect the family staying in basement
- Some areas (Garage & couple of cabinets) are locked for private use only and not accessible to guests.

We are just a message away for anything guests need during their stay.

Peaceful and family friendly neighborhood

- Space for two car parking (back to back) available on the driveway.

- We strictly do not allow Parties/Events at our place.
- No smoking inside the house
HOUSE RULES:
• Below conditions will also be shared in a secure link with guests post booking confirmation to read and agree.
• No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and 'de-smoking' of the house/unit.
• Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.
• Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM.
• If the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
• Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time
• Pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however
o Strictly no pets on any furniture. $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule.
o Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.
o Guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.

Points forts : Propreté

Très propre et parfait pour accueillir un groupe . Nous étions 6 ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous étions confortable et avions beaucoup d’espace . Un peu loin du centre-ville mais nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup de traffic étonnement pour nous y rendre . J’y retournerais.
