Perfectly designed for your comfort and convenience, our home offers a retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable getaway. The living room invites you to unwind on plush sofas, while the adjacent dining area sets the scene for memorable meals shared together. With three cozy bedrooms, including a master suite with its own ensuite bathroom, everyone in your party will find their perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The additional full bathroom and convenient powder room ensure that morning routines and bedtime rituals remain stress-free. One of the highlights of our home is the inviting outdoor patio, complete with a barbecue grill. Book your stay with us today and make unforgettable memories in Pickering! \- Guest will have access to entire Main house and backyard during their stay. \- Basement is a separate unit & rented to a very quiet family. Please strictly follow quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am) and respect the family staying in basement \- Some areas (Garage & couple of cabinets) are locked for private use only and not accessible to guests. We are just a message away for anything guests need during their stay. Peaceful and family friendly neighborhood \- Space for two car parking (back to back) available on the driveway. \- We strictly do not allow Parties/Events at our place. \- No smoking inside the house \*\*\*There will be a $450.00 CAD security deposit. This is not a charge but a temporary hold on your payment method, and it will be released within 5 to 7 days after checkout as long as no damage occurs during the stay. HOUSE RULES: • Below conditions will also be shared in a secure link with guests post booking confirmation to read and agree. • No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and \`de-smoking\` of the house/unit. • Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. • Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation.
