Discover the Fontaine Salée Valley where lakes, waterfalls, peat bogs, endemic fauna and flora intermingle! This charming house with garden located in Picherande will certainly seduce you for your next holidays with family or friends!  
  
With a surface area of 110 m², this south-facing house, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers, is composed as follows: a bright living area with a wood-burning stove opening onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, 3 separate WCs, as well as a private garden of 2,000 m² and its terrace overlooking the valley.  
Sheets and towels provided, we are only waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation :  
On the ground floor:  
\- Entrance with large cupboard for your jackets  
\- Separate WC  
\- The living area is bright and warm with a view of the outside and is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, a sideboard and a working wood-burning stove. The dining area includes a large wooden table with 8 seats.  
\- The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a counter, 3 high seats, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery.  
\- Bedroom 1 with a large bay window fitted with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), en-suite shower room and WC.  
  
On the first floor :  
\- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room.  
\- Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and its bathroom with shower.  
\- Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.  
\- Separate WC.  
  
Outside :  
\- Beautiful 2,000 m² garden with trees and a magnificent view of the Cantal mountains, equipped with a large wooden table for 8 people, benches, parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a sunny meal.  
\- Terrace with a round table, chairs and garden armchairs to admire the vegetation as far as the eye can see during a quiet time.

Activities :  
Picherande is an authentic village between the Monts Dore and the Artense plateau where, in summer and winter, nature activities are available to you!  
In summer, nature lovers will be seduced by the multitude of activities and panoramas to discover in the surroundings. Lakes, waterfalls, the Fontaine Salée valley, rivers and peat bogs are all places to discover and to wander around. Go to the Lac de Gayme to discover fishing or to go for a walk, try cross-country skiing in Picherande or head for the Super-Besse resort for various outdoor activities. Don't miss the peat bogs, a unique and typical vegetation area of the region.  
  
In winter, Picherande is like a small mountain village where it is possible to practice snow activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing. If you go a few kilometres further, it is even possible to reach the Super Besse resort and access a multitude of other sports and activities!  
  
Neighbourhood :  
This pretty house is located in the heart of the countryside, you will appreciate this green environment where calm reigns. You will find at 500 m, the village and all its conveniences: bakery, butcher's shop, tobacconist's shop, brewery, restaurant, grocery shop, gas station 24/24...

\- Parking: the shelter can accommodate 2 cars, several vehicles can be parked at the back of the house.
