On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning and exit to the large terrace, a comfortable living room with air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. Die Villa Tia ist ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes und exclusives Ferienhaus in einer der schönsten ländlichen Gegenden Koratiens. Die Villa ist super modern eingerichtet, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Von der Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, bishin zum eigenen Poolhaus mit riesigem Grill und vollausgestatter Küche inklusive Eiswürfelmaschine ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz und der Urlaub begehrt! Die entsprechenden professionellen Fotos der Villa sind 100% echt und einfach toll. Einfach ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Auch die beiden Gastgeber Goran und Nikolina sind mehr als empfehlenswert. Sie sind nicht nur super gast- und familienfreundlich, sondern helfen wo sie können. Ob im Haus selbst oder auch die ein oder andere tolle Ausflugsidee. Unterstützung ist definitiv garantiert. Auch die exklusive Weinverkostung im eigenen Weingut der Familie bleibt uns für immer in Erinnerung, denn das war wirklich ein unvergesslicher Abend. Ob zahlreiche Ausflugsziele oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Billardraum und der Dartautomat lässt auch an einem sonnigen Pooltag keine Wünsche offen. Aug 28, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fantastisches Feriendomizil Hallo, wir haben zu 7 mit zwei Hunden Anfang August eine Woche in diesem tollen Feriendomizil verbracht. Und was gibt es zu sagen, es ist einfach großartig. Das Anwesen ist sehr sauber (die Vermieter legen hier sehr großen Wert darauf) und die Realität übertrifft noch die Bilder. Inzwischen sind auch mehrere Außenschirme vorhanden, so dass ausgedehnten Pooltagen nichts im Wege steht Die Einrichtung wurde von den Vermietern selbst entworfen und es ist alles absolut stimmig. Man erkennt, dass das Haus ursprünglich zur Eigennutzung entworfen wurde und erst im Nachhinein zur Vermietung angedacht wurde. Alles ist super durchdacht und aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Vermieter Nikolina und Goran sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier ist unbedingt auch eine Weinprobe bei Ihnen zu Empfehlen. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. ##### Stefan T.
