Villa Katarina is a single-family house located in the hamlet of Cinzebi, 4 km from the center of Pićan and 20 km from Rabac. Offering a quiet countryside setting, this two-story vacation rental boasts a private 200 m2 property with a swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, available seasonally from May 10th to October 19th). You can enjoy the outdoor shower, terrace (22 m2), barbecue area, and the pool maintenance is provided by the owner/gardener. The villa offers internet access, a washing machine, and parking for two cars on the premises.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of Villa Katarina. Relax by the seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) or unwind on the spacious 22 m2 terrace. The living/dining room leads out to a terrace, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living. On the main level, you'll find a room with two beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm and another room with a French bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, both equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen also has access to the terrace.

The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning keeps you cool during warm weather, while electric heating provides warmth during cooler months.
