"The Holiday Inn in Naples is a beautiful hotel. The staff (particularly Rosa and Coro) were very good. Rosa upgraded us to a room on one of the renovated floors, which was lovely. The room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff was prompt to order us a taxi both into the city centre of Naples and to the airport. "We enjoyed the view, and the room was very nice. One should be aware the sea view rooms can potentially be a bit loud due to all the pedestrian traffic along the sea wall. "This property is six minutes away from Napoli Central in a somewhat sketchy neighbourhood. It is incredibly noisy outside the property. Once you get inside the property, it’s a complete 180. "I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."
