The desk staff were helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning and refreshing supplies in our room was great. Incredibly clean and felt very safe on the property. We did not eat breakfast so I am unable to review that portion but we did see loads of guests enjoying breakfast in the mornings. The location was absol5perfect- 10 mins from kata beach, 15 mins from karon beach. The walking street market was always a hit for meals. Best bang for your buck location and amenities wise. We went to the pool a couple of times and I was shocked at how no one was utilizing it- it was so clean, and so cool/refreshing. I'm not sure why other reviews complain that the pool is small - I thought it was a perfect size at the location. They provide bfast which is good for early tours, Place is clean, someone is always cleaning, I didn’t get to use the pool but looks cute. You are able to get a towel for free to bring to tour and beach that you need to log in and out. 13 min walk to kata beach 5 min walk to kata night market where I ate most of my stay there, so good. 1 min walk from foreign exchange, Sabai Sabai, 7/11 and nail it for nails.
