I went in person to cancel because they wouldn’t even answer Expedia’s attempts. I looked at their booking screen, and it was clear that they wanted to rent my room to someone else while charging me for the same room as well. I surveyed the property. The quiet private beach is their main asset. It is a 15 minute walk from the busy part of the island. The rooms have a colonial style, which had some charm, but needs some updating. ##### Dean G. The resort goes for a desperate ‘everything extra’ policy.. want to paddle.. 500 half an hour, need a life vest.. 50 extra.. toilet 20.. (but sign only.. they did not actually charge for toilet use). Big issue is that hotel guests and groups of day-trip visitors just does not go well together. 8 sunbeds w. topper in first row.. well.. blocked by visitors. Sanitäre Anlagen beim Restaurant eklig, Restaurantpersonal war sehr nett und essen kann man dort auch sehr gut. Vi rekommenderar att ni äter pastan på menyn, vi åkte ofta till den andra stranden på förmiddagen ( vid centrum ) den hade klarare vatten, sedan på eftermiddagen var vid vid hotellet för deras strand var också jättefin ! Åk hit ! Mais il n'y a pas de rideaux aux fenêtres de la chambre donc réveil à 6h tous les matins. La clim est extrêmement bruyante. Vilket fantastiskt ställe! - Edens lustgård? Med en härlig pool, i en fantastisk trädgård och till det en i det närmaste egen vit korallsandsstrand känns det som man har hamnat i paradiset. Vi njöt till fullo här i fem dagar, åt vid stranden, blev "ompysslade" av personalen och sov i ett härligt stort rum vid poolen. Hotellet är det enda som ligger vid denna underbara strand (som dessutom kan erbjuda väldigt bra snorkling :) ) ! Söker ni härlig natur, lugn och ro och en känsla av lyx så kan vi varmt rekommendera detta. Les chambres: Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses mais pas de grand miroir dans la salle de bains, un simple petit miroir rond d'appoint, robinetterie du lavabo vétuste et rouillée, très faible éclairage dans les 2 pièces, un seul chevet et pas de lampe de chevet, réfrigérateur et climatisation très bruyants. Les équipements: pas de matelas sur les transats en plastique de la plage très inconfortables, bar de la piscine jamais ouvert. Le restaurant: carte pas très variée mais plats bons et copieux, mais un gros bémol: alors qu'ils proposent des barbecues, ils ne savent pas l'utiliser; on a attendu 45 mn un poisson grillé qui n'est jamais arrivé en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas réussi à le faire cuire! Les transferts: catastrophique au retour. Nous avions réservé et eu confirmation de l'aller retour, voiture de l'aéroport à l'embarcadère puis bateau jusqu'à l'ile. Tout s'est bien passé à l'aller, mais au retour, ils ont refusé de nous emmener en disant qu'on n'avait pas réservé la navette aéroport pour le retour. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens à la dernière minute et failli rater l'avion.Comportement inadmissible et très mauvaise organisation.
