This isn't a room at a resort so don't expect that. Expect a very friendly and helpful staff with a clean bed and hot water. The rooms are 20 minutes walk from either Bangla road or the sandy beaches. Taxi are available just around the corner and motorcycle taxi are at the end of the street. There is a food market 2 minutes away with very good food and a convenience store on the corner. There is a lady who will wash your clothes just nearby and we used her service happily, but there is a coin washed available at the rooms too. WiFi included. If you plan to do activities all day and may need a place to sleep, this is a great place. The hotel owners are very helpful and very friendly. Helped us get a taxi to the airport. Suggested places for us to go to and even showed us personal photos of them at those places. Tries to accommodate all our requests ie; check in at 10am and late check out at 7pm. The area is a bit scary but the hotel is clean. There are cats to play with. The area is very peaceful and very close to places that you might need like a cash converter, family mart, food stores and clothes shop. Заботливо. Недорого. Есть такие отели, где все есть и ремонт свежий и новая мебель и так далее, но там не хватает хозяина - все сотрудники - не их это и все. Но здесь удивительный хозяин Лео. Он болеет за свое дело и всегда рад во всем помочь и следит за благополучием гостей. Мы останавливаемся тут уже второй раз и будем на пхукете останавливаться только тут. До пляжа недалеко, до джангцейлона и найтмаркета тоже, и банглароад тоже в доступе. I highly recommend that everyone who wishes to travel to Phuket stay with his house. Firstly, about the Beds: the location is convenient. It is very near to the Patong Beach (10-15mins walking distance)and Patong Shopping Center(10-15mins walking distance). The bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean. Our manager, Mr Leo is very attentive to our needs and always make sure we always feel comfortable at Beds Patong. There's a convenient shop only 30 secs walk from the hotel, a motorcycle-taxi service and also a rent-a-bike shop nearby. We had a pleasant stay despite the hotel is still undergoing construction. Probably in a month time they will be prefect. One of the recommended budget stay for family and friends. And at the end of our stay, we had handmade soap as gifts! ##### Sarah Munir
