Need to step away from the hustle and bustle of life and catch your breath…..? Welcome to Villa Paradiso!  
Inside this exotic getaway you will find……..  
Large private pool with a beautiful waterfall feature.  
High walls all around the villa and garden areas, no one can see in so it is very private for some customers who require or like that added privacy.  
Outdoor shower  
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and bathtubs as well.) Very large closets in the 2 upstairs bedrooms.  
The 2 upstairs bedrooms have their own balcony with unobstructed views of the nearby hills, the downstairs bedroom has sliding doors opening to the deck and rock garden.  
Each bathroom has its own hair dryer  
Dining Room for 6 guests  
Well-equipped kitchen with cook-top, microwave oven with griller, toaster, blender, coffee pot, rice cooker and electric kettle.  
Iron and Board as well as clothes drying rack are available upon request.  
4 Televisions, all with Platinum Cable package with over 200 channels.  
3 DVD Players  
Stereo in Living Room  
A safe in the master bedroom, to secure you valuables.  
High-speed, broadband Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi)

5 minutes’ walk to the beautiful Bangtao beach, (one of the nicest beaches in Phuket, very long stretch of beach, great for long walks or runs.)

Located on the exclusive West Coast of Phuket, there are 26 luxury villas here at the secured 5-star residence, “Oxygen Condominium” and ours is one of only 2, corner villas that affords our guests extra privacy and more light and views of the L-shaped pool from the living room, dining room and even the kitchen.  
Located only 800 meters to Bangtao beach and CATCH Beach Club.  
Our duplex luxury villa is well-appointed and designed with an open-plan living and dining space, which is naturally lit through the large, floor to ceiling glazed sliding doors & windows opening onto the pool decks and covered, outdoor dining area. The villa is particularly enchanting at night when the garden lights are on. You will feel like you are in your own private resort!  
  
To make your time at Villa Paradiso be truly relaxing, you will have available a full-time housekeeper who will cook you breakfast if you like, (you can pay her to shop for your food or you can shop the groceries yourself and tell her what to cook!). She is available 6 days a week, (she has Fridays off). She will make the beds and clean the villa each day that she is there. If you want more privacy, you can dismiss her when you like and just let her go home. Her name is Khun Da and she is a lovely lady, friendly and always smiling.  
For a luxury villa such as ours, we require a small staff to keep it looking so beautiful. The gardener comes in 2 times per week as well as the pool man. If you are swimming in the pool at the time that he arrives, he just needs about 15 minutes or so to quickly vacuum the pool and adjust the chemicals, then you can resume swimming. For added privacy, we have another latch sort of lock for the front doors of the villa. If you want complete privacy just latch lock the doors. Enjoy your stay!  
  
NOTE: Guests are responsible for their own laundry and ironing of their personal clothing. There are many local shops in the area where you or Khun Da can drop off your clothes to be laundered, (very inexpensively) or other arrangements can be made.

#### Amazing, beautiful Villa

I went Thailand for a family vacation, I came across tons of villas to potentially stay at. We decided on this one based on the location, it’s in the corner so it’s very private. I don’t believe the pictures do this property justice, it’s absolutely beautiful. The whole process was so easy, Barry was so quick at responding and so helpful when trying to plan our trip. The house also comes with Khun Da, she maintains the house and was super sweet. She made us amazing authentic Thai food, and was helpful with all of our excursion planning. I would highly recommend this Villa, it’s beautiful, and extremely clean and in a nice area.
