Da ingen havde for talt mig at hotellet var igang med en større renovering af 6+7+8 etage. Det vil siger der i dagstimerne blev larmet med diverse maskiner, således at den rolige, hyggelig og afslapnings ferie jeg havde bestilt blev totalt ødelagt af LARM. Det kunne være at hotel.com skulle overvejde om de ikke skulle tage dette hotel af deres program. Igen i år var personalet udskiftet til nyt, oppe i poolbaren var service rigtig ringende, ingen opmærksomme tjenere, og selvom der i hotellet informationsmappe stod at man kunne ringe og bestille rumservice, som fik man heletiden afvise at køkkenet var lukket. Så den afslappende ferie jeg skulle have haft blev ødelagt af, at jeg i tide og utide måtte forlade hotellet og komme væk fra larmen. Рядом куча подобных отелей. ( Мы побывали и в Хемингуэй силк хотел и Александр отель патонг). Но сира Гранде отель из них лучший. Пусть не на много, но в целом лучше. Бассейн на крыше побольше и поглубже. Завтрак- шведский стол,хоть о однообразно, но можно наесться, есть мясо, суп-пюре, к чаю и кофе булочки. в номерах чисто, воду каждый день приносят. Bigger room but no balcony which was a bit of a disappointment. Nonetheless, the room was large and clean with comfortable bed. 4th floor okay with 2 fast lifts. Pool and bar on 8th floor great but 1.5m deep so not great for shorter people. Nice and warm though. Few pubs and eateries in same street. Muito satisfeita com o atendimento do hotel no geral. Quartos limpos, tudo organizado, localização boa (está há alguns metros do shopping) e Wi-Fi muito bom. A piscina é um encanto a parte, ambiente muito gostoso, com música e serviço de bar muito bom. Otimo lugar para apreciar o por do sol. Custo benefício excelente. ##### Natalia ### 4/10 Poor #### Brandon, United States May 6, 2018 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort We arrived in phuket after staying at a some what decent hotel in Bagkok. When we arrived to our very hot and small room we immediately notices handprints all over the glass windows and black marks over the walls. The room itself was tiny and the only good thing I coupd say that was postive about the room was the shower had warm water and was a decent space. The air conditioning what a joke. It would take hours (you having to be in the room for the electricity to work) for the AC to actually work. And it never would go past 23 degrees C which to some that's fine but I'm used to It being 18 or 19 C so for us it was very hot. Other things I thought was bogus is they do not give you free water. You have to pay extra as well as the over priced Breakfast which is not worth the price they make you pay. To top it all off they try to over charge you as much as they can for tours and excursions. We tried getting a hold of an elephant sanctuary to do that the day of but we needed to call them. Well our hotel called them for us and then said it would be 3500 bat when their own website said it would be 2500 including roundtrip pick up... yeah not very honest of our hotel. One more thing the staff does not speak very good English so you kind of have to translate everything on your cell phone if you want them to understand. It's a big hassle. There are literally hundreds of other hotels in Phuket and I wish I would stayed some other place. ##### Brandon Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2018 ### 6/10 Okay #### Sol, Paris May 5, 2018 Liked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort Disliked: Staff & service Sa fait 3 fois que j allais labas et jai ete decu. A l acceuil il on fait que de parler dans leur barbe en thaï. On nous a interdit d avoir de la visite dans les chambre ou fallait payé 600bath. J ai des ami qui ce sont partagée une clef pour trois, donc toujour obliger de s'appaler ou s'attendre car une clef en plus est a 500bath. Et à une centaine de mètres du centre commercial de Jungcylone.
