A 3 luxury bedrooms tropical Balinese villa in the prime residential area and close to the beach A unit comprises of 2 living areas one with high ceiling vault and tall glass window. Another living area comes with a large living sofa connected to open kitchen and cooking island. The living area opens to the oversized blue tiles private pool and Jacuzzi. A large terrace around the pool makes all bedrooms pool accessible.  
  
The villa offers2 spacious master bedrooms come with bathtub and shower. The third bedroom is secluded from another yet comes with a self-contained bathroom.  
Outdoor features are provided with sun loungers, wooden pool-side Sala (Thai Sitting area). Water feature and tropical garden. Plus the rooftop sitting area under Thai roof design. The villa covers 2 in-house carports and auto garage gate.

The villa closes the Layan beach by a 5 minutes drive and easy to get to the restaurants and shopping. Locate in the safe and secure location by the estate security along with other luxury villas.
